Planetary wheel carrier machining at Voith Turbo
Seit über zwei Jahren fertigt Voith in Garching Planetenradträger für Busgetriebe auf einer einzigartigen, roboterautomatisierten Fertigungsanlage. Kernelemente sind zwei fünfachsige multifunktionale BAZ Heckert T45 mit Drehfunktion. Sie ermöglichen jeweils die Komplettbearbeitung in nur zwei Spannlagen. Der Effekt ist gewaltig: Gegenüber der vorherigen konventionellen Fertigung auf insgesamt neun Maschinen ist der Flächenbedarf auf ein Viertel geschrumpft, die Bearbeitungszeit um 30 % gesunken und jedes Bauteil benötigt nur noch 20 % der Durchlaufzeit.

Great video, impressive machining, absolutely annoying music. Usually i give a thumbs down for destroying the whole video with shitty music but in this case i don't do it because of the great contend. I like to hear the the sound of the machine, if i want to hear music i am listening to music.
